We were tasked with the job of turning this 1970’s bungalow into our clients dream home!
They also wanted an energy efficient property so we fitted a ground source heat pump and completely insulated the property well above current regulations, using the latest spray foam system (curtsey of FoamTek Insulation Ltd) and more traditional PIR board to achieve a well insulated and air tight house.
